We keep this policy simple! We do not share any data with anyone. We do not store customer email addresses in a data base that is on the Internet. If you have purchased our products we do maintain a database with your contact information. When we do a new product release, we may snail mail you a simple informational flyer.
Return Policy:
We provide FREE sample pages, information, brochures, email contact, and a toll free number. If you have any questions prior to buying, please contact us. We are not a standard retail outlet and we only accept returns on a case by case basis.
Terms:
GENERAL
All returns are determined case by case, a return authorization is required. If the package is broken or the goods damaged by return shipping charges will not be refund in full. Refund does NOT include ANY shipping costs. Any products returned without authorization will not be refunded.
If you purchase from another source, please do not contact us; they are subject to the policies of the vendor you purchased from.
All return authorizations must be obtained within 10 days of receipt.
BOOKS
Must be returned within 10 days and must follow general return policy.
eBOOKS & SOFTWARE
This policy includes PDF eBooks (ex. Archive '6). If the package is opened, there will not be a refund. If you have doubt about compatibility or system requirements, please do not buy.
DRAFTING KITS
Due to the low price we are offering, these kit deals are only available directly from this site and all sales are final. If the product you received is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away. We exchange only for items that may arrive damaged.
